Ten Doors is designed to help independent rental owners organize property records, income, expenses, receipts, schedules, and tax-related exports.
Who we are
Ten Doors is provided by A2M4 Systems LLC. References to “Ten Doors,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in this policy refer to A2M4 Systems LLC and the Ten Doors application.
Information you provide
When you use Ten Doors, you may choose to enter or create information such as property details, rental income, expenses, notes, schedules, receipt images, receipt details, and information used to create reports or tax exports.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the features you request, maintain your rental records, associate transactions and receipts with properties, generate reports and exports, support purchases, troubleshoot the app, and respond to support requests.
Receipt scanning
If you use receipt scanning, Ten Doors processes the image and related information in order to help create or support an expense record. Depending on the implementation and Apple services available on your device, processing may occur on your device or through service providers used to deliver the feature. Receipt content is not used for advertising.
Purchases
Purchases made through the app are processed by Apple using the App Store. We may receive information necessary to determine whether a Ten Doors feature has been purchased or is available to you, but we do not receive or store your full payment card number.
Cloud services and service providers
Ten Doors may rely on Apple platform services or other infrastructure providers to deliver app functionality, synchronization, storage, diagnostics, or processing. When a provider processes information on our behalf, it is used only as necessary to provide or maintain the relevant service.
Analytics and diagnostics
We may receive limited diagnostic information needed to understand crashes, reliability issues, or app performance. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use rental records or receipt content for third-party behavioral advertising.
Data retention
Rental records and related content are retained as needed to provide Ten Doors and to preserve records you choose to keep. Retention can also depend on how the app stores or synchronizes data and on services you enable. You should maintain any records required for tax, accounting, legal, or business purposes independently of the app.
Your choices
You control the information you choose to enter into Ten Doors. Where the app provides deletion, export, or account-management controls, you can use those controls to manage your information. You can also contact us with a privacy request.
Children
Ten Doors is a business and financial recordkeeping application intended for adults managing rental property. It is not directed to children.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information handled by Ten Doors. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Tax and financial records
Ten Doors is a recordkeeping tool and does not provide tax, legal, financial, or accounting advice. Information stored in or generated by Ten Doors should be reviewed for accuracy before it is used for tax filing or other financial decisions.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Ten Doors changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
